    Changing To Centre Speedo?

    hi people, i am soon going to be wanting to change my speedo arrangement to a centre one, at the minute i have the standard 2 clocks it in clubman estate how easy is it to change them? do i need anything special (new loom)?

    You need this http://www.minispares.com/product/Cl...ck%20to%20shop which matches up to your current 2 clock dash connection. Cut them, put heat shrink on, solder the wires, cover it with the heat shrink, job done.

    Be aware that the centre binnacle will not fit later model mini's, you have to adapt and overcome

    If you get a complete centre binnacle with wiring loom, you don't need a conversion loom if you are confident enough to chop both looms and join the wires together colour for colour (I advise good quality crimps)

    The centre binnacle will fit ALL Mini shells, the cars with side dials have a plate on the bulkhead that needs to be removed. The top dash rail gets in the way a bit, but is easily removed.
