    Not sure if this is going to be a good thing. I've seen a lot of classics that look the part until you get underneath.
    Also watch for the surge in ringing kits on eBay when this comes in.
    And finally what does "substantially changed" mean?

    Yup. Substantially changed is very vague
    .
    A z car mini yzf R1 is after all still a 998cc.....

    With a few tweaks....

    I suppose the mot tester will play a part in this...
    Always someone out there that will take it to far though

    Kind of glad this is being introduced, if not a little worried when you see the state of some people's DIY jobs?
    Should keep some more classics on the road..

    Pretty sure substantially will be tested, originally the proposal was any change from original which would have meant a minor change would have invalidated it. To many bodged up efforts still pass the MOT and I fear this could lead to trouble......
